The framework was built by someone who's lived inside the rooms it works in

McCall Jones spent over a decade behind the scenes of the world's highest-stakes communication moments — coaching nine-figure founders through investor pitches, sculpting the sales presentations behind some of the largest online launches in history, and shaping how some of the most-watched communicators show up on stage.

What she noticed across hundreds of clients was a pattern no one was naming: the most magnetic people in any room weren't using the same playbook. They were using different playbooks — and the ones who tried to copy someone else's always fell flat.

So she mapped them. Twelve distinct Styles. Three underlying categories. One framework that finally explained why some people light up a room being warm, others by being sharp, and others by saying almost nothing at all.
